One thing that I think has been overlooked this year in Auburn's going 4-0 is the poor play of the defense.

82nd in Rush defense.
34th in Pass defense.
41st in Total defense.
69th in Scoring defense.
28th in Pass Efficiency defense.
59th in Tackles for Loss.
31st in Sacks per Game.
63rd in First Downs Allowed per Game with 10 of them coming on penalties (tied for 5th most).
91st in 3rd Down Efficiency.
45th in 4th Down Efficiency.
106th in Red Zone defense.

Though, while giving up lots of yards and points, I have to wonder how much lower you guys would be if it weren't for the 8 interceptions and 4 fumble recoveries through 4 games.

Something tells me you guys were expecting better out of CGC.

CGC can't make chicken salad out of chicken crap. He has little to work with on defense talent wise.
